Renovation Update

Our ambitious plans for rejuvenating this Historic Building include:

• Enhancing the streetscape and main lobby space, creating a warm, welcoming experience for all visitors.
• Improving the building’s infrastructure, including plumbing and ventilation.
• Remodeling all restroom facilities and refurbishing all steel windows.
• Rejuvenating all upper floor lobbies and corridors with fresh, new finishes and lighting for a more attractive, refined atmosphere.
• Creating a lush, indoor “winter garden” atrium within the third floor courtyard... a true gathering place within our community.
• Refurbishing the parking garage, enhancing safety and ease for visitors and tenants.
• Obtaining official designation as a Historic Landmark.
